A Bit About Me

Hi, I’m Catie —most people call me CC, Catherine, Curly, or whatever nickname sticks. I’m a marketing and communications leader who thinks best through writing, leads with empathy, and believes that a strong team and a good story can solve just about anything.

For over a decade, I’ve worked at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and culture. As the Director of Marketing for Colliers in Greater Cincinnati, Dayton, and Louisville, I guide the voice of the brand while supporting the people behind it - leading campaigns, mentoring teams, and helping ideas come to life with clarity and purpose.

I may not always be the loudest voice in the room, but I bring thoughtfulness, precision, and a whole lot of heart to everything I do. Whether it’s shaping a marketing strategy, crafting a narrative, or rethinking how teams communicate, my goal is always the same: to make things better - for brands, for clients, and for the people I work with every day.

Outside of work, you’ll find me running my foodgram @FoodieintheCincy, browsing curly hair products I don’t need, or rocking out at a concert. I believe in creativity, kindness, and the kind of leadership that leaves people better than you found them.

The name CW Design started as a reflection of my early passion for creativity and design. Since then, my journey—and even my name—have evolved, especially after marriage and branching into HR and communications. While the original “me” who registered this domain has grown and changed, the core of who I am remains: a love for meaningful connections and creating work that truly matters.
